Jason Davis has been working with Kuvara Law Firm for more than 7 years. Throughout that time, he has helped countless clients pursue a variety of personal injury claim types against negligent parties, including insurance companies and corporations. When working in the office, he usually spends his day talking with clients, insurance adjusters, and healthcare providers, as well as drafting settlement demands and completing other casework. When in the courtroom, he is a formidable opponent to any insurance company or defendant that won’t respect his client’s path to recovery.
Jason started his legal career as a litigation attorney for a law firm that handled a variety of case types, including personal injury. While many attorneys take years before bringing a case to court, he started that way, so his experience with trial procedures and expectations is significant.
Initially, Jason wanted to become a lawyer because a family friend was one when he was growing up. He admired how he could use his intelligence to help others and figure out complex laws with ease. Now that he is a practicing attorney, he feels motivated whenever he meets a new client who needs his help; most people don’t know even small details about the law, so he takes pride in helping them understand their cases without stress. For example, in one recent case that he was able to settle, Jason’s client had been misled by another law firm. After months of work, Jason was able to get the case on the right track and obtain the maximum settlement possible for the policy limits.
At Kuvara Law Firm, Attorney Davis is proud to be part of a team that knows how to work together. Even when there are many cases in the works, he knows that he can depend on the other lawyers and support staff to keep everything moving forward towards resolution.
Outside of the law office, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He has also become a big fan of the beautiful outdoors around the Bay Area.
